2026 Open Enrollment

Welcome to 2026 Open Enrollment!

November 10 – 21, 2025

This is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll in or make changes to your benefits coverage for the 2026 plan year. All U.S. employees must submit elections in Workday during the Open Enrollment period to elect or waive coverages, even if you do not want to make changes or do not wish to enroll for coverage.  If you do not elect benefits during the open enrollment period, your current coverages will end on December 31, 2025.

During Open Enrollment, you can:

  • Add or remove dependents
  • Switch your benefit plans
  • Apply for voluntary benefits
  • Elect Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contributions (contributions do not automatically roll over)
  • Change Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions (available year-round on a monthly basis)
  • Verify and update your beneficiaries (available year-round)

Are you a new hire?
You must first complete your 2025 benefit elections which will remain in place until December 31, 2025. Once submitted, you will then need to complete your 2026 Open Enrollment elections.

2026 Benefit Plan Changes

2026 Premiums

Although health care premiums will increase in 2026 due to inflation and continued high utilization of our plans, Acadia continues to invest in you by subsidizing ~80% of the premiums and by offering competitive and attractive benefit programs.

NEW FSA, Commuter & COBRA Administrator

Our FSA, Commuter, and COBRA programs will now be administered by IGOE. If you elect to participate in the FSA or Commuter programs, you’ll receive a new debit card to use in 2026.

NEW Life & Disability Carrier

Life and Disability benefits will be administered by Unum.

Acadia HSA Funding

Acadia continues to contribute generously to enrollees in the Choice Fund HDHP with HSA plan. In 2026, Acadia will contribute up to $2,100 ($87.50/paycheck) for individual coverage, and up to $2,928 ($122.00/paycheck) for family coverage.

2026 Tax-Advantaged Savings Account Maximums

  • Health Care FSA: Contribute up to $3,400
  • Dependent Care FSA: Contribute up to $7,500
  • HSA: Contribute up to $4,400 for self-only coverage and $8,750 for family coverage
    • Acadia HSA Funding counts toward the IRS max limits, so consider this when selecting your paycheck contribution for 2026
    • Participants in the HSA who will be age 55+ in 2026 are eligible to make an additional $1,000 HSA Catch-up Contribution
