Welcome to Your Acadia Benefits!

We are so excited you’re here. Review this site to learn about all the great benefits available to you as an Acadia employee. Since you are eligible for benefits on your date of hire, the sooner you complete your enrollment the better! Enrolling is easy—after reviewing your benefits information, log in to Workday to enroll online. Enrollment typically takes 5-15 minutes to complete. Completing your new hire enrollment in a timely manner will:
  • Ensure you and your dependents will be in the insurance carriers’ system sooner, allowing you to visit healthcare providers, fill prescriptions, and access information from carrier websites.
  • Ensure you’ll receive your medical ID card(s) in a timely manner.
  • Avoid delays for premium deductions from your paycheck. If you delay enrollment, Payroll will double up on missed payroll deductions for premiums.
  • Avoid delays setting up FSA, HSA, and Commuter Benefit accounts
We highly encourage you to complete your benefit enrollments within your first week of employment. During your new hire enrollment period, you can:
  • Enroll for coverage for yourself
  • Enroll eligible dependents for coverage (CLICK HERE for information required to enroll dependents)
  • Elect FSA contributions
  • Elect Commuter Benefit contributions
  • Elect HSA contributions
  • Enter your beneficiary information

How to Enroll

Follow these steps to enroll in or make changes to your benefits during Open Enrollment.

1. Learn More About Our Plans

  • Review this site: Here you’ll find in-depth information about each benefit, including access to important forms and documents.
  • Read the benefits guide and plan summaries: The benefits guide and plan summaries are your first step toward understanding the valuable benefits available to you. Use the benefits guide to compare plan options and evaluate costs.
  • Need help?: Use the Cigna One Guide service to support you in your decision-making process and get health-related recommendations based on your own personal needs.

2. Determine Your Needs

Be a smart health care consumer and ask yourself the following questions:

  • Who should I cover? Evaluate your coverage options for all dependents who meet eligibility requirements.
  • How much did I spend on health care last year? Consider your past expenses to help you plan for your future needs.
  • Will I need more, or less, health coverage next year? Estimate the amount of health care you will require in the upcoming year.

3. Enroll Online

Log in to Okta from your laptop to access the Workday chiclet. Once logged into Workday, check your inbox for the task to complete your benefit enrollments. Enroll in or make changes to your benefits in Workday.

4. Confirm Your Elections

After updating your enrollments, review your confirmation summary to make sure your benefits and dependent information are correct. Ensure you check the acknowledgment box and click the “Submit” button after scrolling to the bottom of the page.
